Welcome to the Welcoming Committee! My name is
Faeryn and I am the Committee Leader (CL). Mira is the Assistant Committee
Leader (ACL). And our wonderful Garden Keeper is Marre. Our job as the welcoming
committee is to make new members feel welcomed! And we do that by either signing
a guestbook on their website or sending an email with a friendly message letting
them know we're happy they've joined The Garden of Friendship.
As a member of this committee you are required to be a part of the Yahoo! Group
set up for us, which is how Mira & I communicate to you and read any emails that
come through that group. You will receive notice of new members and are required
to sign guestbooks/send email within 48 hours of receiving that notice. After
you have completed your assignment, you are required to email myself and Mira to
let us know you're done. If you do not do your part you will be considered
inactive which will be cause to have you removed from the committee. If you
should lose your plaque it can be found under the committee plaques here.
There are also graphics for you to use in guestbooks that allow html codes.
